While Deianira was once a beautiful and diverse garden world, it has been ravaged by the galaxy, from its own species to different outside forces. Deianira was picked clean by everything from pirates and poachers to corrupt organizations looking to make a buck off of it's natural resources. Now, it is a desert world, much of its landscape barren with only some lakes left to provide water while its inhabitants, the Vobuk, look off-world to provide for their people.
While there are some bastions of what the world used to be high in the mountains, most of Deianira is an unforgiving desert world plagued by blistering heat, drought, famine and dust storms.
