Horizons Initiative Dispatch is the central information hub on the UNS Dawn responsible for keeping the Initiative on track and its Trailblazers occupied. In addition to keeping the Initiative Conclave informed and providing assignments, Dispatch is responsible for keeping up with colonial and galactic affairs.
