The UNS Robinson (United Nations Spacecraft Robinson) was one of the UN Navy's first cruisers responsible for rescuing distressed ships.

While having quite a remarkable career and rescuing countless vessels, the Robinson was tasked with later investigating a distress call near Mercury and subsequently ambushed by the earliest members of the Secession Movement in 2097 CE. The cruiser hardly stood a chance and crash landed on Mercury with no survivors. The few that managed to make it to escape pods were quickly captured and made live examples on the Internet: a gruesome sight to say the least.
